Very frustrating to do a virtual interview and two out of the three people interviewing you have their cameras off. Just felt very unprofessional. Overall it just wasn’t the greatest experience and got an automated message saying they were no longer considering me rather than any kind of personal email that had someone’s name signed on the bottom.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

It was around 30 minutes for both the recruiter phone call and the hiring manager phone interview. Basic questions such as Tell me about yourself and tell me about a time when...
The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
