The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2010
Interview
First they call you and have you take a genral knowledge test. Then they called and set up a interview date gave me and all other people there for a interview a tour of the building. After that a group leader(boss) came out and took each of us one at a time for our interview one on one. They ask you questions never answer with a no although you might feel that is the best response they want to know how you handle the situtaion for example: Have you ever had a disagreement with a boss or supervisor? Of course you might not want to admitt that you have but they are asking to see how you handled the problem and if you say no they are getting no info on your able to handle the problem.

have you ever had a disagreement with a boss or supervisor?
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. I felt well-prepared and supported, with the tour and guidance providing everything I needed to feel ready and confident in my new role. The experience more than met my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Waltham, MA) in Sept 2024
