The team came to my college to hire. Right from senior group managers to developers, all were quite friendly, which I eventually found was the general case with people at Target. The process started off in the morning with a written round which had sectional cut offs. After that was a group discussion, post which we had a round for technical interview, which was 2 one 1, and the last round was a one-on-one with an HR.
