Interview
I applied via the Target Careers website. I was sent an email from a recruiter roughly 3 weeks after applying for a brief phone conversation regarding my experience and why I would like to work with Target. I was then sent a online quiz that was separated into a few different parts: situational, personality, and deductive reasoning. I took the test, and was informed that I did not make the cut and would not be invited to the next stage of the interview process.

Question 1
Tell me about your leadership experience and how it can be translated to Targets culture?
For my internship you start with an online interview answering questions into the camera. Then if they like you, you have a second interview that they send you a packet to prepare with. All of the questions are about what you do in a certain scenario. Majority are management/leadership questions.
