Interview with the recruiter on the phone going over your resume and why Target. Second interview is also on the phone with a Store Team Leader and they ask you a lot of situational behavioral questions using the STAR format. Third interview is with a District Team Leader on skype also asking situational behavioral questions using STAR format and why you are interested in the position.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
