1) Applied online. 2) Got called 3 weeks later to schedual for an interview. 3) Interviewed by a supervisor (team leader) and the head of HR department. All situational based questions. Can't remember any specific ones. They write your answers down as you speak.
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
