      Design Manager Interview

      6 Jun 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2009

      Interview

Met with many, many, many people, all very diverse in attitude, background and dress. I must say it was not the most pleasant experience. I had a full half morning of tests, logical tests, one was a multiple questionaire which I gathered was trying to figure out did I lean left or right in politics, what was my childhood like, and were my parents divorced or not. The afternoon was spent with a psychiatrist (about an hour) again trying to probe me and my family background. Very odd indeed.
