saw an ad in the store, applied online. got an email, asked to hand in my cv answers some questions and then was inviteed for a 1:1 interview. the process was easy as most people who apply are students and just want some side money. they understand and look more at your attitude.
Easy smooth it was good and efficient they asked lots of questions around customers and how to handle them. The interviewer was very kind, asking if I had previous retail experience
Good, it was a new store so they were staffing up from the beginning. Honest and straightforward about job. Hours were limited because of the amount of people they onboarded at the beginning but other than that, it was a good process.

Online interview, wanted to know about background and interest in position. 30 minute interview recorded on computer. 2 weeks to receive interview offer after applying and 1 week notice after interviewing for job offer.
