Interview
The interview process is fairly straightforward. You are brought in the back room and the manager asks you about your relevant retail and customer service experience. You are also asked situational questions and how you would respond to them if they happened to you.

What kind of leadership experience do you have?
Tell me about a time when some changed your mindset/outlook on something.
You just need to do a video interview answering about 6 or 7 questions. You get a total of 3 tries per question. Questions are pretty easy, and mostly about how you handle certain situations and expeirence.

Name a time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
Great interview, they did a good job of asking questions and providing me important information about the job as well. It was also over the phone which was easy and they got back to me quick as well.
Email webcam recorded interview. Super easy and multiple chances to record answers. They give you two days to complete the recorded interview from when the link is sent. The link is sent relatively fast after you apply if you are selected.
