They do all communication regarding procedure through email. The first two interviews are over the phone, then the last three are face to face: first with a local STL, then the District Manager, then the district HR manager.
All interviews have four formal "tell me about a time when you..." Questions. All the same questions for each interview.

Talent Acquisition team is super personal and good at communication. They let you know exactly what to expect in all interviews. Be ready with great stories of your past role for teamwork, problem-solving, etc. Mostly all behavioral questions.
Quick, thorough, believe it was 3 people in the interview from the company on the call. They were very friendly. Interview process was fairly smooth and did not take too long of a process.

It was great. pretty efficient. I was able to get my questions answered and they were able to inform me of the job very well. They were punctual and the interview process overall went pretty smoothly. I would recommend this for anyone that wants to join this company
