I had a video interview pretty start for award about 3-4 questions. It was easy and pertaining to position I just recorded answers and submitted not sure if it changed this was during the pandemic so no in person interviews. It was also seasonal.

Basic questions about customer service experience and trouble shooting scenarios
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
