I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was very quick and easy. They worked around my time for a phone interview and told me the next interview would be in person. They really asked about my availability and the normal interview questions.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
