Interview
It was online and there were only 4 short questions you need to answer. You have 3 attempts to redo the video you’re recording for them and have a minute and 30 seconds to answer.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked was "A customer is coming to look for an outfit for a wedding. How would you start to help them?"
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
