Mostly situation based questions starting with "tell me about a time when...." They also asked me to review my resume and talk about past experiences that would help in the job I was applying for.

Interview
Very structured yet friendly. Heavily SBO-based. HR started with a phone screen which resulted in 3 in person interviews about a week later. Was also asked to take online assessment at some point in the next week. After about another week, an offer was made continent on both a background and drug test.
