You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.

Interview
Met with Team Lead for Softlines, then a second interview with the ETL of Softlines. Was my first job interview experience with no pervious retail experience. Questions were straight forward, just sound eager.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
