Typical interview. Arrived at 8:50 didnt interview until around 9:15. Initially i was to be interviewed by a team leader and manager but no team leader was available. Overnight manager made interview easy. Offered job.

When was a time you had a conflict with a co-worker, how was it resolved?
Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.

Easy did first step now doing 2nd interview tomorrow the interviewer was straight forward with her questions and got to the point with the job description i hope i do get the job after the 2nd one on one with management the whole team was very nice and chill everyone working there seemed to enjoy working at target

Sat down and had a quick conversation with the person interviewing me. We went through the usual question/answer process, got a quick overview of the position that I was applying for, then shook my hand and showed me to the door.
