Straight forward and basic interview questions. Why do you want to work at Target? How do you deal with workplace conflict? Make sure you bring questions that you also want to ask towards the end of the interview.
Pretty easy interview where they have you record your response to around 5 questions. They give you a couple mins to prepare for each question and three attempts to record a response.
