Question 1
What would your former employer say what your weakness was.
How did you help an unhappy customer
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I applied for a seasonal position and the process itself was easy. You apply to certain stores and get an invite to record a video for those who are interested in your application. Communication afterwards, however, is difficult. If you wish to follow up after a week, nobody is around to answer your call or communicate. You have to be patient and lucky to get a call back. While the process itself was easy, the lack of transparency or communication afterwards is frustrating.

Question 1
Describe a time you worked with another person to achieve a goal. Describe a situation, your actions, and the result.
Recorded video interview that was not live with another party. The question would be reviewed, and there were four attempts that could be made. One practice attempt, and three potential recorded attempts at the answer.

Question 1
If there is a Guest that looks like they need help, what do you do?
Simple, all done online. You record yourself answering questions and then submit it for the team to review. They usually get back to you within 1-2 weeks if they are interested and want to move forward with you.
