      Executive Intern Interview

      2 Apr 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2011

      Interview

The interviews were not hard at Target, but the process was long. Every time I went for an interview, I feel like I was basically saying the same things over and over again to different people. I met an on-campus recruiter so I did not have to do a phone interview. After giving my resume to the recruiter, I received an email about setting up an on-campus interview almost a month later. Prior to my on-campus interview, I had to submit my resume to the online Target database and was also given an assessment that consisted of behavioral, logic, and word problem questions. After my on-campus interview, I received an email asking me to come to a group interview day. The questions were mostly the same as the first interview (5 behavioral questions). The next day I set up a quick phone call to discuss mostly logistical issues. After that, needed to take a drug test within 24 hours. Overall a positive
