They seem to have the same questions across different departments. The have a sheet of paper with questions and they write down your responses. I had an interview with the clothing department manager- I am not sure if they lost my paperwork because I had another interview with another manager and she asked me the exact questions and was adamant they were not the same questions.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
