I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Apply online, call the store to verify job opening, speak to manager who then asked for an interview. The interview itself wasn't very long. A lot of situational questions that involved you telling the interviewer a story about whatever they ask. I got called back later that day and offered a position
