all online. open ended questions. the process was pretty easy. it was necessary to do an aptitude test first and then if you passed you would get the online interview. it was all prerecorded. you could see the questions first, and were given 2 minutes to prep your answer. then you could record it with a chance to redo the recording if you messed up or weren't confident.
