Tech Mahindra Java Tech Lead interview questions

1st round - you will be interviewed through MS Teams with some questions related to Java and related technologies. After first round you will get emails / calls saying as if you are already selected but actually not but no one will give you concrete answers but will ask you to come down in person to come and meet client / leadership meet but they won't say it's second round of interview. After reaching there no proper information on the location like which build and all if you get down at wrong location you would have to search for the buildings. No proper co-ordination at the entry point, after getting the entry badge and everything you will be seated in a big auditorium saying that we will have client induction and all but no one will answer your questions what's happening. After 2,3 hours the real thing starts , they will take you to different rooms and will tell you that client want to have discussion with all of you as he doesn't have time will do in group model, even then no one answer your question whether it's an individual performance or as group. We came to know from their talks and conversations that previously also some of the candidates got interview in this model. In our case we were given a case study and we were asked to discuss the design in the group and come up with some solution but the thing is it's wrong because in the client round we were asked to perform individual than in the group. Client expected us to fill the case study before getting into their room. We were sent in groups of 4 people and were supposed to provide the findings and solutions individually. Client expectation vs what was told to us were not matching. We will be given 15min to give intro about and talk about the case study given and provide solution including ball park estimate and some key user stories.
