As AI Tech Lead the quality is to be a guardian for AI-augmented delivery. This is not a pure management role, they should be shipping code, reviewing AI-generated output, and making architectural decisions. They are the person who knows when to trust the AI and when to override it.

Education and Experience:
A degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience in engineering and 2+ years in Leading the Team.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrable production experience using AI coding assistants Claude Code,
Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent)
Strong software engineering fundamentals - system design, testing, security,
performance, independent of AI tools
Experience reviewing and critiquing AI-generated code at a team level, not just
personal use
Comfortable leading a squad of 4-8 engineers in a client-facing delivery
context
Fluent in at least one of: Node.js / TypeScript, Python, Java, Go
Clear communicator - able to explain trade-offs to both engineers and
non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with LLM API integration OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock)
Experience with RAG pipelines or agentic workflow design
AWS or equivalent cloud certification
Nearshore or distributed team experience
