Interview
Initial phone interview/screening by someone who already does the job you are being interviewed for. Then the determine if you go on to round two of interviews which is two in person interviews on the same day.

Question 1
They do a "rapid answer" section of the interview, there is not a right or wrong answer. It is to see how you think on your feet, because you have to do that in a call center type of job.
