Interview
An interview with a panel consisting of three people and a video editing test. The video editing test consisted of editing together raw video footage and match it to a press release with a similar story. It ended with your own voice over on top of the images.

Where mostly interested about previous work experience and there were no 'gotcha' questions. More of a conversation than an interrogation.

Reached out one month after applying online. One round of interview with hiring manager and a colleague. Then ghosted. Never heard back from neither HR or hiring manger after reaching out several times. I believe they canceled the role. But it should be polite to send candidate a formal rejection letter.

Applied online, heard back about a week later to come in for an interview.
Interviewer had not even looked at my resume, and had a paper with standard interview questions that he asked one-by-one.
Was told I would hear back with a final decision, but never heard back after that again.
