Interview
Average interview process. First it was a one on one interview with basic questions and going over your resume. Then they had me mirror a representative and get a feel for what the job actually is. They would answer calls regarding the Tax software that they provide and help clients prepare the returns. Overall it was an easy process. I was told by the end that I had the job and that I had a week to get back with an answer.

HR is helpful and responsive. When you get past the initial interview with the standard questions and have proven your credentials, the interview with the actual team is relaxed and casual.

Just give a concise history of your work experience and how it relates to the role.
It was easy, probably one of the easiest jnterviews Ive been on. Solely focused on your work experiences and how you are able to handle it resolve the issue. Thats why before the interview you should rethink of those calls or situations that you're in and how you are able to handle it
