Person conducting the phone screen was presumably doing too many things at once and not giving the conversation their attention
When I went in for my in-person interview I was greeted late by 15minutes
The people interviewing me maybe had already made their decision about who they were about to hire because they were discouraging in their discussion

Phone interview plus two round
You will not know the team structure nor if they are your superior or peer, title and salary are asked in last stage.
Position pending approval but No feedback since then
I Applied online. Then I heard from them within days via email. Then I Had a phone interview. I am now waiting for the test. They are slow in the process of interview. They don't give great salaries.
