I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TransPerfect in Feb 2016
Interview
The process for me consisted of a a series of phone calls.
First, I spoke with a Recruiter. He asked about my locations of interested, and I listed three. After getting back to him about what three places I wanted, he set up a call with an individual in one of those offices. Thus, I talked to a person in te Business Development side and it was more them telling me about the job and asking me about my personality. After that, the recruiter reached out to me again, said I had made it to the next round and set up a call with an SVP. The SVP asked me like 5 brief questions. I opted to be concise, gave 1-3 sentence answers, and it worked out. A few weeks later they made me an offer for a specific office.

What are three adjectives your friends would use to describe you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TransPerfect
Interview
Had FOUR interviews. Recruiter was kind and responsive, but didn't tell me how many interviews I was going to have - felt strung along. I wasn't qualified for the job so not sure why I was kept around for so long. Process took about a month, an interview a week. Interviewers weren't great. Never felt like I understood the job I was applying for/no one thoroughly explained what the company does...
Great, friendly hiring manager. Very personable and more conversational than interrogative. Multiple steps including initial screening, an email describing my abilities to succeed in the role, and a zoom call.
I applied online. I interviewed at TransPerfect (Zürich) in Sept 2019
Interview
simple, they are interested in your personal capabilities rather than your past professional ones. 1 interview with recruiter, 1 with vp and final with hiring manager. Hereafter, you will be informed whether you will get the job.
