Interview
Had multiple rounds of interviews from the NY and London teams with all senior people. Good people to speak with, but the process is dragged on and delayed with no communication. HR and recruiter have not responded to follow-ups.
Asked to pick a stock and basic questions. Be prepared. This was for investment banking they seemed willing to teach but you need a basic understanding of reits and investment banking
Superday interview after the hirevue. 2-1 interview with sales and financial advisor. They were quick with their questions didnt seem too interested in getting to know you. Questions werent too difficult, make sure you have stories to tell for behaviorals/situationals
Pretty easy interview overall, friendly staff as well. I would describe the atmosphere as warm rather than cold and it was a good experience overall. I accepted offer, after I heard back.
