Got through to video interview - the first part was online assessment with games (logic and maths etc, verbal reasoning tests). It was fairly standard but you have limited time to answer and the level (for the non-verbal reasoning part) becomes increasingly harder

The first round was a cognitive assessment: mostly graph visualisation and some pattern recognition as well as a culture fit test. The second round is an hirevue interview with some non technical questions.

Hirevue interview after application. Asked a few behavioural questions about why you're interested in this job, past experience of teamwork, a time when you had to overcome a challenge. Also asked about a recent event you have been following in the markets.
