The application process was rather straightforward: after sending the application they have invited me for an in-person interview with the boss of the department and one coworker. First they have introduced themselves followed by their educational and their professional background. After that it was my turn to explain what led me to do things listed on my CV and of course why did I apply for that position. The personal question were followed by the more technical ones regarding the business as such and the understanding of basic financial products. The interview ended by they giving me a chance to ask anything that might be of interest regarding the position. A couple of days later I have received a phone call for an HR interview. The offer for the internship came at the end of a roughly 30 min long HR (phone) interview, during which typical HR questions were posed.
