Recruitment process depends on the business that is hiring. It can be 2 interviews or more. I have been interviewed by the hiring manager, then by two experts (methodology and project management) and finally by the HR. During face-to-face and phone interviews, people met were very professional, open, friendly and respectful.

Bewerbung online. Im Anschluss erhielt ich eine Einladung zu einem online-Gespräch mit HR. Nach weiteren 5 Tagen erhielt ich eine Mail, mit der Info, dass ein weiteres Gespräch mit 2 Mitarbeiter des Teams ansteht.

interview with the recruiter, 2 interviews with Managers, received in the end an offer which was for a lower position that the one interviewed for. disappointing, it seems they do not a system to recruit people, but only to cover some missing positions if they have CVs
smooth interview process with hiring managers. schedule/meeting was very organized.

received all positive feedback after the final round, but never get an offer.
