Consisted of tests and a video interview as well as general application questions acting like a cover letter. The interview lasted over a few months in which I completed all stages.

Interview
They asked four questions with two minutes to respond for each. It was general questions about personal competencies and the news. Quite a good experience - I only wish they allowed an option to blur my face, since that was a distraction for me.
8 questions in total, 2 minutes recording time for each of them, 1 minute preparation time, you can review your interview after completion. There are two practice questions before the formal interview that also can be reviewed after recording.
