      Wealth Manager Interview

      25 Aug 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS in Jun 2011

      Interview

My first and only interview was conducted by the hiring manager at his branch office. He was extremely cordial and showed interest in the hiring/interview process. He wanted to know, and see, that I had a book of assets I could transfer over. In all, it was a fairly straight-forward, fact-finding interview.

      Question 1

The hiring manager made sure to see proof of my last 12-month trailing commissions. He was also interested in understanding the composition and quality of assets in the book.
