Interview
The HR asked me some tyupical questions like, where i expected to be in 5 years, why i chose UBS, etc. But she was the worse hr woman i had ever seen, her attitud was somehow aggresive, she said they paid over average salary on interns and that is not true.
Interview process starts with resume shortlist and Initial assessment, if we are shortlisted then head of team will take the interview to check whether skills and experience match. Then final technical and hr.
phone interview which is quite normal and no challenging questions. just some behavior questions and test on industrial knowledge. just be yourself and learn the recent activities in the market

Interview
It was a phone call interview. Very inspiring and specific. The interviewer wanted to make you defense your point of view which was sometimes a bit tricky, but I must admit I liked that.
