My first AC interview (the competency one) was all about UBS's nine principles, behaviours, and values. They asked me if there was a time I had to manage risk (which I think I flopped). The other questions were about each key. My commercial interview was one of the chillest I had ever done, and it was all about my understanding of HR. I got the basic walked me through your CV, tell me about yourself, why UBS, why HR, how does UBS differ from other banks, etc.
