3 Levels of Interview , Two technical and One HR round. Good strong experience and knowledge in your field of work are the two core items that will be checked . Ability to work in teams and good communication are always a huge advantage . Age , gender race are of absolutely no concern as all they care about is your abilities and how well you fit the business requirement .

Interview process is not at all organized. I attended interview with UST after which reached out to HR for feedback where it was said feedback is not received, so waited for a couple of days, then for a week and then for a month still no proper response from HR. Later it was said feedback is lost so they are not proceeding. Shocking to see such unorganized process with a well known organization.

There are 3 rounds as informed by recruitment team. First round covers the questions from JD but 2nd round - they asked the question which are not mentioned in JD
It seems to me that JD was not designed correctly
