I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at UST in Mar 2013
Interview
Got in through a reference. I was at Bangalore and had a technical interview on call. This lasted for about an hour where I was asked basic questions about DOT NET and OOPS and SQL. Waited for a month and then they called saying I had cleared the telephonic interview and that they would schedule a video interview on yahoo chat (who uses that in today's time and age). Another 15-20 days later, they scheduled a video interview which was basically an HR round. Next week got a call asking for salary slips and my expected salary. Had to negotiate with them a bit, but got a decent offer and moved to Trivandrum.
1 tech round 1 manager round 1 hr round. All were very easy. Basic java questions and plsql questions. Find the second largest salary. Manager round was easy with what's the expectation about the job.

Interview
I had a very positive experience during the interview process. The interview began with a warm greeting, and the interviewer introduced themselves right at the start, which set a comfortable tone. Throughout the conversation, it was clear that the interviewer was highly knowledgeable and well-prepared. The interview was straightforward and focused, with no unnecessary questions or distractions. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, which made the experience even better. The interview concluded on a polite note, with the interviewer thanking me for my time. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience.
