Interview
Technical round followed by managerial round then HR round. Technical round - covered basics questions and scenario based questions. Managerial round - what's the difficult challenges you have faced in your previous project ? Brief about yourself HR round - salary discussion I have attended face to face interview here on July 15th for mainframe Developer. If you get selected you will go to managerial round on that day itself. After two days, got call from HR saying we would like to proceed further.
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
