Interview pretty bad..... Seems like they are disorganzed as they were trying to outsource a main function of finance.. Also, interviews were extremely informal.. director drank soda during interview - manager wants to email candidate directly:-) It took them 1.5 mos. to figure out next steps. Show's amateur nature, disorganization of dept. Such manipulative tactics should not be used to recruit and hire talented professionals.. Glad I didn't work there....
