Head hunter call me; I had a quick call from the headhunter and I asked him tho send me the Job description; We had to discuss the offer several times over the phone. I sent them My recent CV . They informed me that I have been shortlist for the job. I had two phone interview with hiring manager and the HR. After act The HR invited me for the face to face interview which took a whole day , I had three face to face interview with hiring manager and his peers; after few days I received the offer.
