The initial interview rounds focus on determining language proficiency (whether you can speak English fluently) as well as your ability to think on your feet. First up, candidates are asked to introduce themselves and speak on a topic given to them by the interviewer. If you clear this, you make it to the next round, which is an automated speech evaluation test that determines fluency, pronunciation, listening and comprehension of English language. Candidates shortlisted go on to a personal interview (PI) round, followed by an operations interview (the latter is conducted by a Wipro employee).
