Shortlisting of the candidates on the basis of Resume and above 60% throughout is must. 1st Round:- Group Discussion 2nd Round:- Technical Interview 3rd Round:- HR Interview Final offer for the candidate for all those cleared successfully all the rounds.
2 interview
First round would be l1 interview where they will be assessing technical efficiency
Second round would be client roundthis was for tlm developer position
And they were asked domain specific
Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.
