Interview
Initially an online text was organised by aspiring minds. All the selected students were asked to come to the Gurgaon office next day for the interview. The interview consisted of 3 parts:- G.D., case study followed by its interview, the hr interview. All were elimination round. Half of the students were rejected after online test. G.D. was in a group of 5 students.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
