I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Bengaluru) in Apr 2020
Interview
The first stage involved a discussion with a recruiting manager over the phone (not a technical discussion). The next stage involved a technical screening through a website called Hacker Rank. I was given a problem to solve and a time limit to solve it, and was asked to improve the efficiency of my solution as I developed it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to sift through a list of elements and extract all pairs of elements that satisfied a given condition (namely, the difference between the two had to be a certain value). I was required to solve this in code.
Technical round was fairly easy whereas in managerial round I was asked more technical questions than in technical round. Then again it depends on the panelist. The entire interview process was friendly .
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at athenahealth (Boston, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
he recruitment process consisted of two main stages: a technical coding round followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The coding challenge was on par with an easy to medium difficulty question from LeetCode, which I found quite engaging. Throughout the entire process, the hiring team demonstrated remarkable friendliness and support. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt very welcomed.
