Three sets of 3 X 1 hour 1:1 interviews. Mix of peers and next level up (director). Very time intensive, everyone stressed how many hours everyone works, how long they had been at the company. No one seemed to see that the interview process was overly time intensive. I heard the same phrases from all the people I spoke to, seemed like company speak/brain washing.
