Talked to a campus recruiter at career fair, had an on-campus interview and was invited to the next round where I had one behavioral and one case interview. Applicants receive a presentation and tour of the company. The tour was nice and the other Project Innovators were helpful and easy going. One thing I disliked very much was my interviewer would constantly check her phone in the middle of my behavioral interview. She would nod her head when I wasn't saying anything, making it clear she wasn't listening to me. I felt this was unprofessional, a little rude, and made me feel pretty uncomfortable. After that interview, I had already known I wasn't getting an offer.
