Was referred by a current employee. I sent in my resume and got a call back immediately for an interview. I went on the interview that was timed down to the second, not even able to finish a sentence before having to move on to the next person. Everyone was very friendly, and professional in person. However when I began to interview I discovered that they were not hiring for the position that I applied for but only hire entry level positions. They never told me that this is what they were doing and it caught me off guard during the last 2 min of the interview. Very unprofessional to interview me and change what position I am applying for. I did all my homework and during orientation was able to answer questions about their own system that the employees giving the presentation said they did not understand until months on the job. I was coming from a high level position in my current job and it was insulting to interview me and waste my time on a position that paid less then I currently make with almost no responsibilities. Athena was beautiful and they defiantly work hard to keep their employees happy but after this unprofessional experience. I would not recommend going thru the hassle of applying for a job they have posted as those jobs are not even available apparently. I was very clear on my phone interview how much my salary would have to be and they interviewed me for a salary that would be more then 15k less per year.
