When I applied, their HR department reached out to me for a phone screen. We had a great phone screen and the person stated that they would contact me over the next day or two to schedule the face to face interview. Three days went by and I never heard back. I followed up on the 4th day and the person stated that even though the team liked meeting me, they were pursuing other candidates. When I replied and stated I never met anyone, they immediately said there was confusion and sent me a schedule to meet the team. I met with multiple people and they all had very different responses about the company and position. I wasn't impressed with the way they handled their interview processes and it made me actually not want to apply nor work there. Based on one of my interview questions below, I was taken back by the fact that I was applying for a Billing position however this was more Customer Service in Billing department.
